The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. A large gazebo, located between the beach and the ocean pool, offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs. Ocean Villas Condominium Community is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Clean but outdated
We stayed on Christmas for 3 nights with our 4 children. It was clean but definitely needed some things fixed. The doors weren't closing due to broken hinges. Floor creeked in most places. The person under the unit had a dog that barked every night. The person above the unit had running and stomping children (i hope children) all through the night. Bring paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner and trash bags. They only supply what is on the roll and no shampoo and conditioner. Another year ... another Amazing stay
We completed a 4 week stay at Ocean Villas 89 ... another great year! The unit is clean and comfortable and in a great location. The complex is amazing! We've been staying there for decades. Most of all, working with Resort Rentals of St. Augustine is an awesome experience. They are always so responsive if there is an issue and helpful with any changes needed. The property was in good condition. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans.

Another Amazing Year
We have been using Resort Rentals of St Augustine to book our stay at Ocean Villas for decades. They make the whole process so easy, from reservation to check in, to check out.
