Beautiful room as usual. The shower head in the master bath needs replacing. A few light bulbs were out also. Very minor problems overall.

Annual family trip Unit 7
We have visited every year for the last 15 years & love Ocean Villas. Everything was great except this time the condo wasn't as clean as usual. Our first day we noticed the coffee table & couch had chips & cookies under it, the master bedroom was very dusty with dust falling from the ceiling fan when turned on & the dresser/tv covered in dust. We had to wash the bathroom rugs because they were both dirty & smelly. Also, the batteries for all remotes were dying. The master bathroom sink was very clogged, but Resort Rentals was quick to have maintenance come take care of it. Other then that, it was another great year & will be back next year.

Stunning Beach Condo
Ocean Villas is the go to community for our family vacations over the past 40 plus years. 7 is definitely one of the most outstanding condos. This condo is well maintained and the amenities are lovely. We highly recommend it.

My retirement to vacation 2024
Upon a recommendation from a friend we rented villa 007. It’s a first floor condo which I need because of my medical condition, I can’t walk without the use of a cane. The condo was a perfect fit for us. We hope to be back next year. Charlie and Kathy

Wonderful vacation
We enjoyed our 1 week stay this year. We have stayed in this same condo for the past several years. The sofa and love seat are getting so worn you feel like you are sitting on the floor and for older people, difficult to get out of. The cleaning company did not clean the oven & when we used the oven it smoked up the whole place. We cleaned the oven ourselves since we wanted to use it again and this was reported. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to stay in same place next year. We are a group of over 100 family members that meet at ocean villas every year.

A gem on the beach!
This is a beautiful well stocked unit. Very roomy and comfortable for our month stay. We wish it would get more sunlight is the only downside at least for our winter stay.
