We enjoyed our second stay in this unit. The master closet is great for staying organized while visiting. Kitchen appliances were really nice and plenty of kitchen equipment too. We would have appreciated a third chair at the outdoor table to eat together.

Resort Rentals is easy to work with, helpful and professional. This was our second vacation at this property and we love the complex and the area. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the kitchen this time (our second stay at the property). To be fair the overall cleanliness and neatness of the property was as expected. Unfortunately, the dishes, silverware, and pots and pans were put away after being poorly washed, by a prior renter, which required all of the kitchenware to be thoroughly scrubbed prior to using it. Probably, more of an annoyance than a major problem. We love Resort Rentals and will not hesitate to rent with them again or to recommend the company to anyone.

Perfect vacation in St Augustine

Perfect last minute rental!
We arrived on a Thursday after having spent 4 days in Orlando at Universal. We popped in and this unit was the only available unit for the 3 days we wanted to stay. They quickly got everything booked and set up so we could start our second half of our vacation. The condo was just what we needed. Not a great view but close enough to the beach that we didn't mind. Conveniently located close to many dining options. Would definitely rent again!

We love Ocean Villas Condos
Our first time renting the two bedroom condo. Was clean and user friendly.
Great location and parking was convenient with plenty of spaces.
Only complaint was no batteries in upstairs tv remote, toilet paper holder kept falling off cabinet upstairs and sliding door was unable to be opened on the 3rd floor.
There was 1 extra roll of toilet paper and no trash bags.
Other than that we loved it and would definitely return.

This was the second time we stayed in Ocean Villas unit 48. We love St Augustine Beach. The location is great. Many friends are there,too. The sofa and beds are rather soft. Replacing them would be a dream.

Ocean villa vacation
Loved the location. Steps from the beach. Gorgeous beach!!! Heated pool. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants and grocery store. Our unit got direct sun on both balconies!! While unit was comfortable, it could use some updating and some repairs. (sliding door screens, third floor door, garbage disposal) Lots of construction going on during our stay, which at times was very inconvenient. Management company very helpful but the association's communication could have been better. We would return, esp. if unit was updated. Paul,Shawn and Kelly were outstanding: very helpful, responsive, and courteous.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We found this unit a very nice place to stay while we were in St. Augustine. The living and dining areas were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It seems as if it is time to replace the beds however. We found them quite uncomfortable. Maybe okay for a visit of a day or two, but not for our nine day stay.

Nice Unit
This was a nicely appointed unit. Bed was comfortable, nice sea foam green paint in living area..nice shelving in closet. Maybe higher chairs in upstairs deck. Overall, we like it.

Always a good stay at Ocean Villas!
Family vacation to our favorite place from the past. The location is great & units are clean & as per pictures! Having beach access & two pools is fantastic - though this year, the pool closest to the beach was too packed & the other seemed to be closed often. As far as the condo itself, it would be great to have better water pressure in the shower on the main floor - the one upstairs was good. The kitchen is quite small, but functional.

Great place
Had a nice time with my family over memorial weekend. The unit was clean and beds were comfy. The only thing I would recommend you bring is whatever cleaning supplies you'll need while you are there and trash bags. Would recommend this unit.

Beautiful setting with palm trees
we loved the view from our balcony of all the palm trees and flowers. The condo was clean when we arrived but the extra table and lamp (next to the couch and chair as pictured) was missing. I would have liked to have this to read and at least put a drink or something on. We spent most of our time on the beach and sightseeing in downtown St. Augustine. Loved our visit there.

Ocean Villas is the perfect SAB property
Ocean Villas is a nice property that is nicely maintained and clean. Our condo was comfortable, well appointed and spotless. Excellent location with a great beach. A super good value.

Unit 47 & 48. Ocean Villas
Overall good, unit 48 seems to have been under remodeling and furniture was on the older side. Needs a spruce up all around. Unit 48 was updated and in good shape, except washer/dryer could be replaced, and bed topper in 2nd bedroom also needs to be replaced.

Sunny
We had a lovely time. The rental had was comfortable. Just a couple of things... The coffee pot was small and did not have a heated plate to keep the coffee warm. The dishwasher left a film on the dishes. We chose to not use it because the dishes did not seem very clean after going through a full cleaning cycle. The master bed was comfortable but the sheets were not super comfy and the padding on the bed made the bed hot. For the most part we enjoyed the condo. We had great weather so were mostly outside.

A Great Getaway
We have been coming periodically to Ocean Villas since 1993. Our experiences have always been very positive. The property is ideally located and provides easy access to the areas attractions and conveniences. The property management staff has always acted in a warm and professional way.

Two month stay in St Augustine, FL
We enjoyed our stay in St Augustine, the weather was mild, the historic sites were interesting, loved walking on the beach every morning even if we had to wear our winter coats, February was a lot warmer than January and got to enjoy the heated pool. We love the ocean and it was a joy to be able to see it every single day. The apartment we stayed in was very nice and exactly as pictured on the website, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you might need, the appliances were new and even the cookware and bakeware appeared new and unused. The activities that we enjoyed were walking on the beach, talking to the other visitors, sitting by the pool in the warm sun, shopping at the outlets, visiting the historical sites, walking in the town of St Augustine, just interacting with the community, there were many great restaurants near by and Publix grocery store just down the road. Our condo was very well located and we will definitely go back again in the future. We enjoyed talking to the managing real estate office, all employees were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly

January Stay in St Augustine
Enjoyed our time in St Augustine, weather didn't always co-operate but it was much warmer than in Pittsburgh. The rooms were exactly as pictured on the website, the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans and baking needs. The complex was well maintained, the grounds were perfect. The location was right on the beach, we could see the ocean from our balcony. I would definitely stay in this complex and apartment 48 again. Our location was convenient to all of the local attractions and all of the grocery shopping and restaurants.
