The spacious living/dining combo provides ample space to comfortably enjoy the stunning views and has direct access to the large private oceanfront balcony. The dining table seats six and the roomy kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals and has bar seating for four. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, direct access to the private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and access to a second balcony with ocean views. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with pull out trundle, ceiling fan and access to the second balcony. There is a hall bath with a shower/tub combo shared by the second and third bedrooms. Other features include a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, porta crib, highchair, children's books, children's dishes and sippy cups, exterior ground level storage with beach chairs and other beach supplies and a community pool. Many great dining and shopping opportunities near by. Ten minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. 2 night minimum during the off season and a week during summer. No smoking. No pets.
