A wonderful stay
Rental was exactly as pictured. Updated, clean and comfortable. The balcony has nice seating options. The unit was well equipped to stay and live in for a week. We plan to stay again.

Stunning
Wow—where do I even begin? From the very first moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something truly special. We had looked at several other units in the area before booking, and none of them compared to this one. This unit stood out above all the others in every possible way, and once inside, it completely exceeded our expectations.

The space itself is absolutely beautiful. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and the upgrades throughout the unit are both tasteful and high-end. You can immediately tell that great care was taken in creating a space that feels modern, comfortable, and welcoming all at the same time. Nothing felt generic or overlooked. From the finishes to the layout, everything felt intentional and well planned, making the entire unit feel elevated and special.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us when traveling, and this place truly delivered. The unit was spotless from top to bottom. Every surface was clean, the floors were immaculate, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. It gave us such peace of mind to walk into a space that was clearly prepared with attention and pride. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable unpacking and settling in because everything feels so clean and inviting.

The comfort level of this unit cannot be overstated. The space felt warm and welcoming, like a home rather than just a rental. It was the kind of place where you could truly relax after a long day, whether that meant enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The overall atmosphere made it easy to feel at ease and enjoy every moment of the stay.

5 Stars Across the Board
We stayed in this unit in 2023 and when we checked in this time everything was just the same - it is clean, and updated as advertised. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make as many snacks and meals as you want to. The kids room with bunk beds has some toys, books, and a cool stand-alone video game would make any kids feel at home. The 2 other bedrooms/baths are clean and have good sized closets and storage space. The pools are well-maintained and it’s a nice short walk to the beach. Aside from the hurricanes stirring things up the beach is wide and you can walk a long distance in either direction. Ocean Villas has a laid-back friendly feel to it. Shawn and Kelly at the management company are responsive and kind to work with. If you prefer an updated, clean and well-stocked unit I highly recommend this one!

The Perfect Family Beach Vacation
Our family absolutely loves the condo at the beach. We bring our two young granddaughters and family dog. The condo is clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, and the pool is perfect for children to enjoy. We have stayed here for the past few Labor Day weekends, and each time it has been perfect!

Great Family Getaway!
We had a wonderful week. The condo was just perfect for our little family. We enjoyed looking out over the pool. My children (2 & 7) loved the bunk bed room and all the toys that were provided in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and made mealtimes easy. We would definitely choose this condo again for our St Augustine visits.

Definitely will return
Condo was very spacious and well maintained, perfect for my wife and 2 boys. The oldest referred to the room with a bunk bed as his room he liked it so much. Complex was very chill and quiet. You could sit on the balcony with coffee in the morning and a beer in the afternoon in peace.

Beautiful Poolside Condo!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Ocean Villas condo. We did a fair amount of cooking over the holiday and found the kitchen very well appointed. I always get fresh flowers for our stays and was happy to find a large vase to use under the sink also! :) There was a gate code situation, but the property manager responded quickly and resolved. The property is beautiful with the Koi pond (we saw a turtle too!) around the heated pool and just a short walk to the beach. The large 6 seated dining table on the balcony was great for outdoor meals, but proved too chilly on one of our evenings. We found a card table and 4 chairs in one of the bedroom closets that was helpful for an improvised indoor seating arrangement. My only suggestion is that the grill is in need of an update (and cleaning) as it was unusable. We would definitely look to stay here again on a future visit to St. Augustine! Thank you for a fantastic stay over the holidays.
