Very nice unit
The quality of the furnishings and fixtures make this an above average unit in my experience. The beds were especially comfortable. This unit has a limited view of the ocean due to its location, but that shouldn't stop anyone from renting it because it's very comfortable and clearly well maintained.

Room for improvement
Your description on the website said “just bring beach towels, a hairdryer and a fun in the sun attitude.“ What it should’ve said was just bring beach towels, a hairdryer, soap for the dishwasher, trash bags, cleaning products, a new toilet flush valve, lightbulbs for the bathrooms and the micowave surface light, and a lampshade for the living room.
The description should’ve also noted that the upstairs bathroom was a jack and Jill bathroom shared by the two bedrooms and the second full bath was downstairs in the living area
We have to give kudos to the maintenance team for repairing the upstairs toilet once they were notified that the toilet was broken. However, it did surprise us that the condo was not properly prepared before our arrival.
Ocean Villas is a beautiful community with great pools and great beach access. Its location is convenient to shopping as well as restaurants. It is a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine.
We will definitely plan on returning to Ocean Villa, however, we will likely look for another unit.

Good times
My wife and our two little kids had a great time in Saint Augustine. The resort pools and access to the beach were fantastic. The beds were comfy in the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great stay

A Comfortable Retreat
This was a wonderful beach front retreat for a long weekend getaway! The condo is comfortable, the beach is close and the pools are fabulous. We were at the pool all weekend since it was too windy to be on the beach and that didn't bother the kids at all.

Check-in was simple and quick. Condo was clean & ready for a week of relaxing.The location is particularly convenient - for groceries, shopping, etc. Crescent Beach is reliably one of the best in Florida.

Great Winter Stay At.Ocean Villas #5 , St Augustine, Fl
My winter stay was. Wonderful getaway from New York.. my condo was very attractively furnished, clean and decorated for the Christmas’s holiday season. Very welcoming. I was also pleased with the grounds of Ocean Villas and how well they were maintained. However the noise of the prolonged building repairs was annoying to say the least.

Ocean Villas #5
This was a nicely decorated unit with updated appliances, furniture, etc. Very close to the beach, 2 pools. The staff were very helpful, and the value for the price is very good. There were some cleaning issues but nothing that would prevent me from renting there again... basically looking up. If it was at eye level or lower it was VERY clean. Above eye level appeared overlooked.

Awesome!!!!
We went the last week of July and had a very restful week. Our unit was a townhouse and the separation of space was great. Paul was extremely helpful when we accidentally locked our keys up upon departure. I highly recommend St. Augustine Resort Rentals and will use in the future.

Convenient to beach and shopping.
Overall a great stay. The condo is in a very convenient location for the beach and local restaurants and merchants. It was clean but could use a few tweaks, e.g. one of the tv remotes was missing a battery and the kitchen lacked a few items that would have been helpful, like cutting board(s) and cookie sheets. The property was mostly clean, but there was some debris on the carpeting that wasn’t caught by the vacuum. The view is certainly limited, the ocean is visible but you’re mostly seeing parking lot and other buildings.

Easter Weekend Trip
Shout out to Resort Rentals! Our son, who is a student at the University of St Augustine, could not come home for Easter. We decided to bring Easter to him and I called Paul and Kelly at Resort Rentals to see if something was available. Ocean Villas 005 was open for the timeframe we needed. The condo was very clean and was exactly as described on the website. We will be keeping this condo on our list of places to stay. Our family would recommend calling Resort Rentals when looking for lodging in St. Augustine.

Unit 5
Convenient location. This unit was not the best view, however within walking to most of the St Aug Bch restaurants. Unit had significant HVAC/dust/mold issues. Family had allergy symptoms during entire stay. This needs to be addressed. AC filter was changed, but did not help.

Great location, great place to stay
We spend 6 nights at Ocean villa condo. Condo was in great condition, very clean and well kept, it is walking distance to the beach. There is two pools on the property, one is heated and the other one is not, in both pools the water was nice and clean. Restaurants And grocery stores are within walking distance. We will definitely stay at this place again in the near future.

July 4th Family Fun
Resort Rentals is great. They always ensure a smooth experience and the room is very clean and minimally decorated to feel like a real beach home away from home. Ocean Villas is a super convenient stay with multiple pools and close walks to the ocean or even the store. Cannot wait for next year already.

Very beautiful , affordable and relaxing condo!
It was a last minute decision to find a rental during Easter weekend . It was a chance for my wife and I to spend time with our sons. We were all off finally on the same weekend. Paul and Peggy who helped us with renting the unit were very thorough and all the info they gave us was perfect . We never had to call once we arrived. The process was super easy . Everything we needed was available in the unit except groceries which is normal and to be expected. Beds were comfortable , unit was clean and big . The view off the balcony is partial ocean but you can see the ocean and especially at night you can see the moon off the water . I would love to be right on the ocean of course but this unit would be one I would have no issues renting or even purchasing one day !! I’m very OCD and used to clean homes and was a housekeeping manager, besides wiping down the glass tables because of streaks ( OCD ) and small things most would never notice the place was perfect!!!!

Great condo on the beach & close to everything
The unit was nicely decorated, cozy and clean. It was right on the beach and within walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to downtown. There was plenty of space for 4 of us and we enjoyed the heated pool. We were only in for a long weekend stay but would definitely consider returning for a longer time.

Great summer getaway
We have been staying at Ocean Villas as a family for 15 years. We love St Augustine beach and the proximity to the beach at this resort is perfect. Along with 2 swimming pools one which was recently rebuilt our kids love the whole experience. I highly recommend this unit.

Ocean Villas
This unit is gorgeous! Besides the lovely decor, it is really comfortable. We weren't sure how the view was going to be from the photos, but it is a nice view and more private than the interior/poolside balconies. We will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending this unit to our friends. Having family in the area, we come to St. Augustine at least once a year and have stayed at many condos and this is one of the best! Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Mom and Sistah Getaway

A Great Vacation Rental
We have been visiting St. Augustine for the past 21 years and every time, we call Resort Rentals of St. Augustine for our reservations. Relaxing Condo Living at Ocean Villas
I stay here for four months each year to escape New York winters! My condo here is very comfortable and a fine place to stay. It is always perfectly clean and well maintained. The grounds are carefully manicured. Above all, I feel perfectly safe at Ocean Villas. I will be back next year.

4th of July Family Trip
We have been staying at Ocean Villas with our extended family on the 4th of July week for 15 years or so. We always enjoy our time there. The beach and pool are super convienent and the grocery store as well. Plenty within driving distance to keep entertained for a week. One of the pools was out of service this year however our experience was please take at the pool even with extra crowds.

Winter in St Augustine
This is my fifth year at number 5. I have enjoyed every winter. The condo is attractively furnished, neat and clean! The kitchen is supplied with good pots and pans. The condo is in a good location on the property. It is truly ocean view. I enjoy having breakfast and lunch on the patio! I would certainly recommend this property to a friend!

Awesome Week in St. Augustine
We enjoyed our time & experience at Ocean Villas. The unit we stayed in was great. Good location with great views.
Found that the upstairs sink between the bedrooms was a bit sluggish & I missed not having access to a hairdryer. Would consider the rental again but did find it a bit "pricey".
