This two story, two bedroom, two and a half bath oceanfront condo is comfortably furnished and has fun, beachy decor throughout. Lovely ocean and pool views from the second floor living area and private balcony as well as the top floor master bedroom and attached, private balcony. The living room has a sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and large smart TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your food prep needs and there is a dining table that seats four. Additional dining seating on the balcony. Also on the main floor are the laundry room and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are located on the top floor. The primary has a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower and direct access to the oceanview balcony. The second bedroom has a king and half bath. This unit is Pet Friendly for small dogs with a $250 pet fee. No smoking. Ocean Villas has two community pools. A beautiful zero entry oceanside pool and a tropical lagoon pool that is heated during the winter. Walking distance to several shopping and dining opportunities. Short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Ocean Villas Unit 57
Rented this unit and two others for our family Christmas reunion. Unit 57 was by far the best kept and best of views! Very happy with the comfort and views. The master bathroom was more than anticipated with lots of room, comfortable KING bed and oceanfront views from the bed a private balcony. Convenient to all the restaurants, groceries and shops. Ocean Villas unit 57 St Augustine Beach
What a treat! Fantastic unit in a fantastic property with 2 beautiful pools. One pool is heated by winter season. Million dollar views from living room and master bedroom. Very comfortable and costal interior designs. Well equipped for all of our needs. Quiet end unit. Sitting on the island yet only 10 minutes from downtown St Augustine and the famous Nights of Lights! Near all our favorite restaurants and only 3 minute's to a new Publix Grocery Store. Would highly recommend this Unit 57 and this white sugar sandy beach property. The kids had a blast. Very family friendly! Near everything we needed. The island location and great foods were just the vibe we needed. The ocean front views were spectacular! All the comforts we needed as adults. The shower in the master was huge. The balcony sounds and views of the ocean were on point. The beds and towels were so welcoming and restful. Short drive off the island to beautiful historic downtown St Augustine. Safe gated well landscaped complex. Not too big. Not too small. Nice unit in family-friendly complex.
Ocean Villas itself is nice and the beach traffic is highly regulated so you don't even notice cars on the beach. I mean really, it's nothing like when I was a kid and people had cars all over the beach.
The unit itself seems like they've just started renting it out. I hope they take their new income money and invest back into the property. 4 beach towels and 1 chair was rough but we made it work. That máster bed is a back killer. So much memory foam is highly irregular, and polyester sheets are not expected on an Airbnb or vrbo master bed. Peaceful Getaway
I have stayed at this rental at least three times. I keep coming back for the great location and privacy on the beach. Gorgeous sunrises and beautiful walk to the pier. This condo made our visit to St Augustine amazing! Right on the beach and a short drive to downtown and the nights of lights. After 7 previous years vacationing in the area this is now our new fav!
