Seaside at Anastasia 203D

Wonderful condo and rental agency
We were flooded at our home and resort rentals found us this condo, worked with our instance company's requests, extended us as needed. It's a well kept clean condo, upscale, right across from the beach.

Family Vacation
I have stayed at numerous condos at Seaside at Anastasia over the past 5 years. While I loved the location this condo was the least equipped of all the condos we have rented and the least clean. I had to clean vacuum the couch to clean the dog hair off and the couch smelled like a wet dog, the shower had hair in it and I had to clean the patio side tables because the glass was black they were so dirty. There was very few items for the beach, we actually contributed 2 umbrellas and anchors to the condo. The AC did not work well, was extremely loud and had to be turned off multiple times to allow the unit to reset. One of the bedroom windows also could not lock which felt a bit unsafe as it was on the entry side of the condo. Also did not have a combo lock which was inconvenient and resulted in a lost key when changing hands many times in sharing with our family. I love this location and will rent here again but not at this condo.

Winter 2024
Great condo. I would suggest a 4 slice toaster as well as new bath mats. The family room rug could be updated.We were more than satisfied, great location and well appointed.

Seaside 203D
The overall condo was very good. We arrived a little after 4:00. Our Congo was still being cleaned. After they were finished we noticed the shower was not cleaned.

Saint Augustine Vacation
I was extremely happy and satisfied with my rental. The rental had everything I needed, and more. The property exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this rental to family and friends. Everything was within a few minutes driving distance. The beach was within walking distance. I wanted to stay as a permanent guest! :) I plan on returning again, soon.

Would definitely recommend!
Resort Rentals was excellent to deal with no problems very friendly. The property is in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable and has everything you need while away from home. Nicely decorated and updated it’s beautiful.
We loved the pool and the location so close to the beach and the pier was very convenient. Would highly recommend this property!
