Located on the beach side of A1A in a gated community, this quiet third floor unit was

updated in 2026 to include fresh paint, décor, linens and furniture to reflect the relaxing

coastal tones of the beach and sea. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on

the private covered balcony overlooking the tropical lagoon and heated pool. If you're

beachbound, just take the convenient elevator located just steps down the covered

walkway and head past the second pool (unheated) to the private walkway down to the

sandy shore.

This unit has 2 bedrooms and a family room with queen sofa bed (king bed in master,

queen in guest room) as well as a large living room with dining area, kitchen and two full

baths; the master bath has a walk-in shower. The family room has a 36” door for

handicap/wheelchair accessibility and there is a handicap ramp on the way to the

beach. Ceramic tile floors throughout and also a large pantry in the central hall to stow

suitcases and large items. All bedrooms, family room and living room have TVs (smart

TV in living room) and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, family room and kitchen. The master

bedroom has modern amenities including a smart TV, USB/USC ports in the nightstands

and blackout drapes.

For stay-in dining, the stone countertop, fully equipped stainless kitchen has plenty of

cookware/serve-ware and several small appliances for a fun night of cooking or simply

head out to a fabulous local restaurant. Ocean Villas is within biking or driving distance

of many shops, restaurants, pickleball and family attractions or take a short 10-minute

drive into historic downtown St. Augustine.

The laundry room is located right out the front door and has a full-size washer and dryer

as well as large luggage cart and two grocery carts for your convenience, along with

beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a cooler. One small dog under 30 lbs

allowed with a nonrefundable $250 fee. No smoking.
