The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen, TV and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a sleeper sofa, TV and ceiling fan and is set up to be suitable as a rec room or den area as an alternative. The unit has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, coolers boogie boards. Ocean Villas has two pools, one heated and private beach access and is located within walking or biking distance to several dining and shopping options. Small dogs 30 lbs and under permitted with a $250 non refundable pet fee. No smoking.
