Important Things To Know

Parking:

  • Ocean Villas: A maximum of two parking permits for each unit.
  • Bermuda Run: Large parking lot that is first come first serve.
  • Sea Winds: A maximum of two parking permits for each unit.
  • See Ray Shores: A maximum of two parking permits for each unit.
  • Seaside at Anastasia: A maximum of two parking permits for each unit.
  • Colony Reef Club: A maximum of two parking permits will be provided for each unit. Additional passes can be purchased at the onsite office for $25 each.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-In: 4:00 PM (EST) Check-Out: 10:00 AM (EST)

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and cash. Our advertised prices do reflect a cash discount. A 3% fee will be added to credit and debit card payments. Please be prepared to provide your driver’s license if paying via check. A credit card is needed on file as security against damages or excessive cleaning.

Pets:

We do have pet friendly units. Pre-approval and a non refundable $250 fee required for all pets.

Cancellation Policy:

Weekly Rentals: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the $500 deposit. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less will forfeit the $500 deposit unless the unit is rebooked for the same dates at the same rate.

Monthly Rentals: Reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the $500 deposit. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the $500 deposit unless the unit is rebooked for the same dates at the same rate.

Supplies & Appliances (minimum):

  • Bed and bath linens.
  • Kitchenware, utensils, dishes and cookware.
  • Initial supply of toilet tissue, soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.
  • Air conditioning and heat.
  • Full kitchen including microwave, oven and dishwasher.
  • Washer and dryer

Things to bring:

  • Paper Towels, Napkins
  • Extra Toilet Paper and Garbage Bags
  • Laundry Detergent
  • Staple items (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.)
  • Condiments
  • Beach Towels
  • Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrella

Housekeeping:

The condo will be thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. If you are not satisfied, please call the office immediately.

Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests is based on the individual property’s ability to comfortably and safely accommodate our guests.  No exceptions will be made.

Things to Do Before Check-out:

Please leave your condo in the general condition as it was found. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for excessive wear:

  • Leave all keys and parking passes on the kitchen counter.
  • Dispose of all food from the refrigerator and cabinets.
  • Load dishwasher and start wash cycle.
  • Strip sheets and pillowcases and place near washer/dryer along with all used towels.
  • Turn of all lights and small appliances.
  • All trash must be removed from the unit and placed in the onsite dumpsters.
  • If a unit is left in a condition that requires additional cleaning beyond normal post-stay clean, an extra charge will be applied against your security deposit.
